Kotzebue Region Outreach: Buckland, AK

When : Saturday, June 20th - Saturday, June 27th

Where: Buckland, AK

Who: Team of 5 Men who can do metal roofing and a variety of home repair projects.

What: We are in need of men who will be primarily roofing an elders home who allows missionaries to stay in his house.

Costs: $650 plus air fare to Kotzebue and any villages visited ($200 MAX depending on village).  The cost includes the following:

• Housing
• Bedding
• Food
• Ground transportation
• Assistance with materials and tools
• Mission Equipping
• Administration fee

Whom are you going to be serving alongside:
We will be working with Benton Spencer and his team from FBC Wasilla, Alaska. They have an ongoing relationship with Buckland and will be hosting a VBS the week we are also doing the construction.

Our Vision: Our vision is to use our skills to serve the villagers of Buckland with the hopes of sharing Christ through our words and works. We also seek to build up the local Church and continue the work that FBC Wasilla has begun and encourage the local believers. We desire that team members create relationships that can continue to encourage and disciple even from thousands of miles away.
