Whom you will serve alongside: Nome Community Church with Pastor Aaron Cooper is a long time ministry partner. There is a history of working with teams to reach both the city of Nome and the villages of Norton Sound. We will work with the Nome Children's home, Celebrate Recovery, Quyanna Care & Elders at the XYZ Center.
Our Vision: Nome is an important hub village of the Norton Sound. Working in ministry there impacts people who live and are from villages throughout the region. We have the opportunity to work with children who have endured difficult situations, outreach to the women of Nome, and Elders who lead the Native Culture.
